 New Hearing Aid Purchase ( March 2008)

Dear Chuck & HearSource Staff,

I have worn hearing aids for years, most recently Beltone's.  I recently started wearing the FreeStyle Open Fit hearing aid.  Wow, what a difference!  I hear clearly, without all the background noise.  The sound is so natural many times I forget that I have a hearing aid on at all.  Resturants used to be almost off limits to my wife and I.  Now we enjoy eating out with our friends again. 

Although not the most important thing, I
am retired and I appreciate the affordable pricing also.

 New Hearing Aid Purchase ( February 2008)


Dear HearSource,

The truth of the matter is that if I had the money I would not have even looked on the internet for hearing aids.  But I didn't. I received my new hearing aids from you about 30 days ago.
  The software was a little daunting at first.  The programming coach I had did a great job with me, very patient (I can be a little hard headed at times).  I thank you for your product, my wife thanks you for your product, it has changed my life for the better.

Dear Chuck & Rachael and Staff,

I can't thank you enough for repairing my fathers hearing aids.  His local audiologist in Salina told me that his hearing aids weren't worth fixing and that he needed new aids.  He is on a fixed income and can't afford new aids.  You repaired both his hearing aids for less than he normally had paid for one repair in the past, and they seem to be good as new!

I would like to say thank you for your fast return service of my Walker Game Ear that I sent you for repair.  I sent it out to you in the mail on Nov. 13th and six days later Nov. 19th it was back to me fixed like new and I hunted with it the same day.  Thank you kindly.

I have several friends that I hunt with that have Walker's and I intend to tell all of them where to get fast, reliable service.  In fact I told 4 of them last night.

 New Freestyle Open Fit Hearing Aids Purchase  ( August, 2007 )

I've used hearing aids for about 20 years.  It got to the place where I left them in their case at least 90% of the time.  Whenever I would go somewhere special I would put them in, but after a short time I would take them out agian.  They not only amplified what I was trying to hear, but all the brackground noise as well.  I also had the feeling of being plugged up all the time.  I couldn't ride in a car with the window down because all I could hear was wind and road noise and nothing else.

With my new aids, I can hear alot better.  I can now carry on a normal converstion with someone in a noisy area without all the background noise.  I can ride in a car with the window down and hear the radio or carry on a conversation.  I don't feel like I'm plugged up, I feel normal!  Most of the time I forget that I have them in.  These are the most comfortable hearing aids I have ever worn or even tried.  My hearing has improved dramatically.  I wear glasses and chose the over the ear type hearing aids with the open tips and have no problems wearing both together (Glasses & Hearing Aids).  I just put them in in the morning and take them out at bed time.  These aids are so comfortable I almost got into the shower with them.

I know these aids are more expensive than other types, and less expensive than others, but I wouldn't sell mine for any price.

As far as HearSource is concerned, you seem to be extremely dedicated to help make any adjustments necessary to fit my lifestyle.  You have been easy to work with and dedicated to my complete satisfaction.  I will do business with you again.

Hearing Aid Repair ( March 2007)

Just wanted to let you know that I received my hearing aid repair today here in Lakeland Florida and was quite surprised when it came today, since you just shipped it back to me yesterday, Wednesday. It works fantastic and I am very satisfied with how good it is working.
