The All-Rite Receiver In The Ear ( or also called a Receiver In the canal) hearing aid is the newest addition to the HearSource hearing aid product line. Traditionally, BTE hearing aids have conducted the amplified sound from the hearing aid into the ear canal through a hollow tube. This hollow tube is then coupled to an earmold for more severe hearing losses or an open fit tip for moderate hearing losses.  Usually  the more gain or amplified sound required for the user to hear the larger that tube needs to be.  The All-Rite receiver in the canal hearing aid is able to achieve a higher gain output while maintaining a small thin tube footprint. This is done by removing the receiver / speaker that normally would be in the hearing aid and placing it down into the ear canal.  The thin tube is used only to guide and protect the wires down into the ear canal and attach to the speaker.

The All-Rite Micro BTE Hearing Aid features:
