HearSource Remote Programming Support allows allows a HearSource Programming Coach to assist you with adjustments and programming changes to your hearsource hearing aids.
A good internet connection is required. To schedule a remote programming support session please call 1-800-416-2434.
Step 1 - Click here to download remote programming software. Save this file to your desktop.
Step 2 - When your HearSource Programming Coach calls at the scheduled time please have your computer on and ready to run the downloaded support file.
Step 3 - Through the remote programming support connection, your HearSource Programming Coach will be able to assist, train, and make adjustments to your HearSource personal programmable hearing aid system.
